Fitness and Nutrition Classes for Kids (boys & girls - aged 14 -16)
This Fitness for Children and Nutrition Programme has been designed at a beginner’s level, advancing to our intermediate level Fitness and Nutrition Classes. A healthy food guide is also a topic of discussion.
Our Auckland based Tuition Centre offers single sex classes for students at each level. Each term's Nutrition and Fitness Programme is designed to introduce youths aged between 14 years and 16 years to the fundamentals of developing nutritional awareness and exercise | fitness techniques. They are able to make healthy living choices as students apply the skills gained to benefit their general well-being. Fitness for kids education is a great option for children in today’s world. Students will have access to our private gym within The Hub.
Students receive an initial physical fitness assessment and a comparative summary at the end of the term. It is highly recommended to complete both levels.
After School and evening English Classes available.
Special achievement certificates in Fitness and Nutrition will be awarded after the completion of the intermediate course.

Our Youth Education Centre focuses on providing courses, tuition and educational in English, Mathematics, Art, Guitar and Ukulele, Piano and Keyboard as well as Fitness and Nutrition. We extend these services to the following Auckland ommunities, Royal Oak, Remuera, Mt Roskill, Hillsborough, Balmoral, Greenlane, Epsom South, Three Kings, Onehunga, One Tree Hill and Mt Eden.
